Liquidation buying gets a bad reputation because too many sellers operate without accountability. PalletKings exists because we believed the industry needed an alternative β a reseller you can buy from with the same confidence you’d buy from a regular retailer.
1. Verified Manifest Guarantee
Every pallet listed as “Manifested” comes with a downloadable manifest before you buy, not after. The manifest includes unit count, SKU or item description, estimated retail value per unit, and total retail value for the lot. Our internal QA spot-checks 10% of inbound pallets. If a pallet arrives with less than 70% manifest accuracy by unit count, you’re eligible for a partial refund proportional to the missing or substituted units.
2. Photo Verification Before Shipping
Before any pallet leaves our warehouse, our outbound team photographs it from four angles. These photos are attached to your order record and emailed to you with the dispatch confirmation. If you receive a pallet that looks materially different from those photos, that’s a freight-handling issue and we’ll start a carrier claim immediately.
3. Hidden Damage Protection (14 Days)
The freight industry’s standard inspection window is 5 days. We extend ours to 14 calendar days because we know pallets take time to sort through. If you find damage that wasn’t visible at the curb, document it with photos and email sales@palletkings.shop within those 14 days.
4. Wrong Category Protection
If a pallet sold as one category arrives substantially as another β say, a “tools pallet” turns out to be 80% apparel β that’s our listing error. We’ll cover return freight and refund in full, no restocking fee.
5. Dispute Resolution Process
If your initial claim conversation doesn’t resolve the issue, you can escalate to a senior buyer protection specialist. If you still disagree, you have the option to take the claim to the BBB or initiate a credit card chargeback.
6. BBB Membership
PalletKings is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. You can verify our standing and complaint history at bbb.org at any time.
7. Secure Checkout
Every page runs over HTTPS with a current SSL certificate. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s built-in buyer protection and PayPal’s Purchase Protection program apply to every transaction.
What Protection Doesn’t Cover
Liquidation buying involves real risk that we can’t eliminate without lying to you about it. Customer-returns condition will always contain some percentage of broken or unsellable items (that’s the definition). Unmanifested pricing reflects the lottery factor. Protection covers fraud and freight issues β not the normal variability that makes liquidation pallets profitable.
