Buying
1. What’s the minimum order?
One pallet. No minimum dollar amount or multi-pallet requirement. Our smallest listings start around $400 and our largest truckload deals run $25,000+.
2. Can I buy a single pallet or only truckloads?
Single pallets are fully supported. Most of our buyers order 1β3 at a time. Truckloads (18β26 pallets) are available with custom freight pricing.
3. Do you sell to first-time buyers?
Absolutely. We prefer working with first-time buyers because we can set realistic expectations upfront. Start with a manifested mixed-category pallet under $800.
4. How do I know what’s in a pallet?
Manifested pallets come with a downloadable item list before purchase. Unmanifested pallets show category, retailer, condition, unit count, and retail value β but no item-level detail.
5. Are manifests guaranteed accurate?
Yes, within reason. We guarantee 70%+ unit-level manifest accuracy. Below that, you’re eligible for a partial refund. See Buyer Protection.
Pricing & Payment
6. Why are pallets cheaper than retail?
Retailers can’t resell customer returns at full price β too much variance, too much processing cost per unit. They sell in bulk to liquidation channels for pennies on the dollar. Pricing typically lands at 10β20% of retail.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe; PayPal; and wire transfer for truckload orders over $5,000. We don’t accept cryptocurrency, Zelle, or Venmo β those don’t carry buyer protection.
8. Do you offer financing?
Affirm financing on orders over $300. Net-30 invoicing for established wholesale buyers β email sales@palletkings.shop.
9. Are there hidden fees?
No. Pallet price + shipping + optional upgrades. No buyer premium, no processing fee, no surprise sales tax.
10. Can I negotiate pricing on bulk orders?
Yes, on 5+ pallets per month or single truckload orders. Email sales@palletkings.shop.
Shipping
11. How fast do you ship?
Every in-stock pallet dispatches within 5 business days, most within 2β3. Full details on our Shipping page.
12. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, with a custom freight quote. Typically 10β21 business days. Email sales for a quote.
13. What carriers do you use?
R+L Carriers, Estes, XPO, Saia, and ABF for LTL freight.
14. Can I pick up at the warehouse?
Yes, at any of our three warehouses. $0 freight. Bring a vehicle that can actually carry a pallet.
15. What if my pallet is damaged in transit?
Sign the BOL with a damage notation, photograph everything, email sales@palletkings.shop within 48 hours.
Conditions & Quality
16. What does customer returns actually mean?
Items customers returned to a retailer. Typically 60β70% are resellable with minimal work, 30β40% need testing or repair, a small percentage are unsellable.
17. Do items work?
Depends on the condition tier. New/Overstock is essentially guaranteed to work. Customer Returns varies β assume 60β70% sell-through. Salvage is sold knowing many items are broken.
18. Are there mixed-condition pallets?
Yes β most general merchandise pallets are mixed condition. The listing always identifies the dominant mix.
19. How many items per pallet typically?
From 20 (large items like appliances) to 500+ (small items like beauty, accessories). Every listing shows the exact count.
20. Do you sell new/overstock pallets?
Yes. New overstock is typically 20β35% of retail (vs 10β20% for returns) because there’s much less risk.
Resale
21. Can I resell on Amazon?
Yes, but Amazon has restrictions on certain brands and may require invoicing. Many buyers prefer eBay, Mercari, or Facebook Marketplace to avoid Amazon’s complexity.
22. What’s the typical profit margin?
Successful resellers run 100β200% return on pallet investment after fees, shipping, and time. Margins vary wildly by category and skill.
23. Do I need a resale certificate?
Depends on your state. Most active resellers get one (free in most states) and it pays for itself quickly.
24. Best platforms to resell on?
eBay is broadest, Amazon has highest sell-through but most restrictions, Facebook Marketplace for local large items, Mercari for clothing, OfferUp for furniture.
25. Do you offer training for new resellers?
Not formal training, but our buying guides cover everything. They’re free.

27. What if the manifest is wrong?
Below 70% accuracy = partial refund proportional to the gap.
28. How do I file a damage claim?

29. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the pallet?
Generally no β refunds are tied to specific issues like damage, manifest accuracy, or wrong category.
30. How do disputes work?
