1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing palletkings.shop/ or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders flagged as potentially fraudulent or with pricing errors. In any cancellation, we’ll refund any amount charged in full.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Product images on the site are representative; actual pallet contents will vary by listing and condition tier.
4. Payment
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer (truckload orders only). Payment is required in full at order. We don’t accept cryptocurrency, Zelle, or Venmo.
5. Shipping
Shipping terms are detailed on our Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin), but our buyer protection program covers freight claims for 14 days after delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Refunds are available only for the specific conditions listed there.
7. Product Descriptions and Manifests
Liquidation pallets by their nature contain variable contents. Manifests are guaranteed to 70%+ unit-level accuracy on “Manifested” listings. Unmanifested listings are sold without item-level disclosure.
8. Resale Disclaimer
You purchase pallets at your own resale risk. We make no representations about your ability to resell at any specific price, on any specific platform, or within any specific timeframe.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on palletkings.shop/ is owned by PalletKings or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTIES IN OUR BUYER PROTECTION POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalletKings’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected pallet(s). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PalletKings from claims arising from your resale of products purchased through us.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be announced via email and posted on the site for 30 days.
